The team consisting of The Freelon Group, Adjaye Associates, Davis Brody Bond and SmithGroup has been selected by The Smithsonian to design the National Museum of African American History and Culture. The building location is on the National Mall in Washington DC between the National Museum of Natural History and the Washington Monument. The other five finalist submissions are shown here.
