Within the ARCPROSPECT Research Institute, the center is charged with ensuring the quality and continuity of research and education in fundamental questions and problems of architecture, urban planning, ecological architecture and environmental ethics. Because most members of the research institute are also connected with other institutions, and they are also located in different countries, the center offers researchers an opportunity to meet and discuss diverse topics of interest through the website. The institute serves as a host institution where members can study and work on specific projects, under a common umbrella. |

ARCPROSPECT Research Institute is intended to provide terminology and other information about urban planning, protection of the environment, new architectural concepts, and other design and important data to a range of disciplines that specialize in sustainable architecture, ecological architecture, urban landscaping, urban planning, environmental design and new sustainable technology. The analysis and new discovery may be utilized as research tools, valuable because of the rich information and contextual knowledge that they contain.

The research is organized in two main categories:
Cognition and theoretical methods.
In our attainment of the dimension where thought can move freely from the discipline of one vision of truth to another, we need not and must not fail in our loyalty to our own vision of truth.
Our methods of cognition is rich in ideas, far-ranging in its explorations, complex in structure, varied in application and vast in scope.
Practical methods.
Our practical methods is characterized by a dominant environmental approach, enriched by ancient alternative methods of sustainability and by other advanced architectural methods. The use of both ancient and modern approaches of research provides orientation in studying and creating solutions toward existing environmental dilemmas and problems in the world of architecture and ecology.
All research is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach, which involves ARCPROSPECT Research Institute in collaboration with a faculty of architecture, art, philosophy, history, environmental engineering and science.
Our research deals with the challenges of avant-garde technologies in the private and public field of architecture: the research is conceptually organized in a method that proceeds from conceptual ideas to practical application.
The unique identity of the research institute is built on the engagement in both of these methods, on the combination of cognition and theoretical methods, and on interdisciplinary practical methods.

ARCPROSPECT Research Institute is organized through several research centers. The centers focus on different scales and processes, each having a different identity and research strategy. However, there are synergies between them and collaborative work.
