本当に住みたいアパートメント
コンセプト

An apartment, seems to be exist, but it wasn`t

A home needs to have natural light, cross ventilation,
thermal insulation capacity, and decent ceiling height.
These points are nothing special, but were not ensured in
these days. It is a result of putting priority only on room
sizes all in the name of higher rent. Apartment project aims
to pursue spaces with Long-term asset value.

ありそうでなかった集合住宅

住まいにはやはり、光・通風・断熱・天井高が必要です。
当たり前のことですが、これまでの賃貸住宅にはその「当
たり前」が確保されていませんでした。それは家賃を高く
するために、部屋の広さのみを追求してきた結果です。ア
パートメントプロジェクトでは、これまでの賃貸住宅では
十分に得られることが出来なかった、長期的な資産価値を
持った賃貸住宅を実現していきます。

Y’ s アパートメント

Apartment PROJECT 1st

In “Y`s Apartment”, we aimed to get three times more
natural light than regular apartments. Entrance halls work
as a conservatory by putting glass partitions next to
entrances. In addition, we located windows carefully to
achieve perfect cross ventilation through out rooms. “Y`s
Apartment”is a rented accommodation filled with light and
wind.

アパートメントプロジェクト 第１弾

アパートメントプロジェクト第１弾の本物件では、通常の
マンションに比べて3倍もの太陽光が降り注ぐよう窓を設
置しました。また、玄関の壁はガラス張りで室内に洗濯物
を干すことができるサンルームにもなります。加えて、玄
関扉を閉めた状態でも居室全体に風が通り抜けるよう窓を
配置しました。この為家賃を高く設定でき、かつ5住戸あ
る賃貸住戸の内、4住戸がオープンハウス時に入居者が決
まり、現在100％の入居率を維持しています。光と風をふ
んだんに取り入れた本当に住みたいアパートメントです。
